i loovvee halloween...

halloween is my 2nd favorite holiday after chirstmas (and i'm OBSESSED with christmas) i love that you get to step out of the box and do crazy fun things that aren't normal haha. i'm surprised to hear how so many people dis-like halloween. that's it's all creepy and gross....well mine isn't that way...we have wacky pumpkins everywhere, all the school crafts taped on all the cupboards, a few witches, and other fun items. i think the scariest thing we did was put a cobweb on the tree with some spiders on it....and ryder LOVED it. he couldn't wait till the next day so that he could show his best buddy next door. i always loved decorating fr it when i was little and i think that's important for our kids....to remember loving to do stuff together. (i have to work on that when it comes to chrismtmas, cuz i want my tree perfect haha)
anyway, i think it's selfish for somone not to let thier kids experience something just cuz THEY don't like it.
so, now that that's out of the way, i'll show you some of the fun stuff we did :)

i don't have a man around since farming season so carving is out of the picture so...i came up with this...yaa!! it was really fun

then anther day, we painted mini pumpkins, which was also pretty fun.

then we got all dressed up and went to our ward halloween party...we have the best ward!!
