i talked to jason a few days ago and he said that jaylene is LOVING it!! she just takes off without any help and is there all day. i'm so glad she is, she's the type that if she falls once... that's it she's done lol. so i'm glad she's enjoying herself. and ryder, he went a couple times but i think he just prefers to stay inside and play with his buddies ryker and hunter.
our town always has the family day thing at the remington that we go to but also this year cardston also had a fund raiser for a little boy in our community that had heart surgery on valentines day (cool eh) so the theater started with midnight movie monday 12:01am (and of course we went, babies in bed, and any excuse to see a movie (we're junkies))
then they had older kids movies like "monsters inc" "karate kid" "kung fu panda"... then the regular night shows "tangled" and "the tourist" and they skyped with little brad
also the had a bake sale going on all day, that people donated....what a great little town. it's been posted that it was a huge success so that's awesome!
SO, we went to the bake sale....then headed over to the remington with my little babies....kinda sad about jaylene and ryder...it was our 1st family day apart :( but they are having a blast so that's all that matters

** because we have had such a good experience with mixed families i feel i can say this.....a positive thing about having jaylene and ryder off having fun without us...is that this whole day/week was completly focused on skylee. if jaylene and ryder were at the remington with us i believe it would have been more of them and seeing how many tickets they can get to win prizes ect ect and little skylee would have most likely in a stroller most of the time. so i enjoyed that (not that i didn't miss the other 2) i think it's important for each of our kids to have alone time with us parents and i think it's important for us as parents to have that too, to get to know them as individuals.**
it's been a good week of relaxing, (sometimes i got bored lol...jaylene and ryder defiantly keep us entertained) playing games, eating, (a little to much) watching prison break, ect.
and today...basically a dedicated day to blogging haha cuz it's taken me just about the whole afternoon to get caught up, but i thought i better do it before i have no more computer again.
All that was going through my mind while I was reading this post was, "holy smokes Skylee looks just like Karlene!" Maybe no one else thinks so, but I do! I have decided that it is all in the eye of the beholder and that is what my eye is beholding! Haha :) Glad you were able to have that time with Skylee.
