happy mama's day

i am the luckiest mama out there to have these 4 babies.

i woke up to a tidy house, yummy breakfast, pretty flowers, chocolates, and lot's of beautifuly homemade cards :)

we just hung out together and enjoyed our morning (never made it to church cuz we never got to bed until 3:30 (long story) and we have 9am church)

around 2pm daddy jason came and picked up jaylene and ryder for a dinner at gramma ruby's and daddy karim headed to work (apparently nobody can get mother's day off)

i had a few friends over and we scrapbooked the rest of the afternoon/evening away. i made a nice ham and baked potato meal and had a bunch of good laughs together.

the next day, karim had the day off work and he gave me the whole day "off" as well. i went into lethbridge with a friend and did some shopping, then came home to continue on scrapbooking...all while karim took care of the babies. thanks a bunch daddy....it was a great mothers day!

and happy mothers day to my tummy mummy for having me :)

and happy mother's day to my amazing mom/grandma. she spoils my kids rotten and we have a great time teasing her (she's an easy target) she has helped raise my kids, especially my 2 oldest and for that i am forever grateful. my kids are lucky to have her (and my dad) but anybody that knows them is lucky to have them in thier lives :)
