Familia Perez: birthdays

well since we FINALLY got my pictures recovered and cause i took basically a whole year off of blogging i wanted to do a quick post of my kids birthdays... and by quick i mean REALLY long cause i have a million kids and take a million pictures haha.

i'm going to start with my pyper who turned 1 on january 29 :(

we had a little get together on sunday (her actual bday), my parents, sister's family, carmen's family, jenn's family, nikki, channing, chatel and little linkyn all came to celebrate with us.

we did a banner of her 1st year of life.

her theme was butterfly's, colors- pink, green & white

we just had some finger food.... wraps, fresh fruit, cake pops, sugar cookies, and cupcakes

after everybody snacked we had some cake/cupcakes and let pyper go to town. she kind of just picked at it and ate some icing but never really did get into it.

her dad thought it was funny to put a fondant flower on her for-head lol.

her dad gave her a quick wash up and then we opened presents. pretty spoiled little girl

next on the list is ryder who turned 6 on february 7.... but we did his party on the saturday the 11th

when ryder told me he wanted to do a pirate them i was so excited!! i called my mom and she was as equally excited and started googling ideas right away.

she found this cute cake on google and it was soooo easy and turned out soooo cute!

i don't even know how many little boys we had but i think it was over 10... ya, let's talk about it!

we started out with lunch of hot dogs, jello ships, & chips

(karim comes up with the best decorations)

after lunch my mom read them some pretty cute pirate books that she found. she the best story teller!

then my camera battery died and i was soooo sad, i had my cell phone but cell phone pics suck lol. and apparently my computer didn't recover cell phone pics so i just took a picture of my scrapbook pages....

next on the list was a treasure hunt... my dad came up with the clues a couples days before and the amazing karim drew out the map. they had so much fun and they all screamed like little girls haha. the hunt was led in to the basement to the dryer where there was a chest full of pirate coins and pirate swords.

they then played outside for like 30 min beating each other up. then they moved onto beating karim up.

we opened presents next. well with that many friends.. he got spoiled

and last but not least... cake time :)

it was his good buddy dagger's actual birthday that day so we sang to him too.

we love you ryder roonie! you the sweetest, craziest, most loving, little guy ever. no matter what your 3 sister do to you haha.

fast forward to july and my big girl turned 9... say what?!

(can't add her invite for some reason)

i don't remember what kind of party she wanted but her birthday was in the middle of THE craziest week, so i showed her how fun a bowling party could be and she loved it. which was perfect because my house would stay clean and we would go, party and leave! awesome!!!

she had all of her cahoon cousins at this party and i don't think that's ever happened lol. so with all her cousins, she invited 5 friends but i think only 2 came... summer b-days are hard. she didn't seem to mind.

so you pay a fee and have an hour bowling and an hour in a reserved area to eat (they provide a personal pizza/pop) do presents and have cake.

we did bowling 1st

they had lot's of fun... we haven't taken our kids in years!!

after bowling the kids all go awards that i made them, & ate pizza

we had a guess how many balls (gumballs) and kylie guessed right on!! so she got to take them home.

we did presents after and let me tell ya.. she got a lot of junk food! lol but the biggest thing that i was excited about was her electric scooter that we got on a great deal!!

i made a banner cake and cupcakes so the kids could choose what they wanted. i find cupcakes wayy easier for kids.

HAPPY BIRTHDAY BONES!!! you are the most amazing, beautiful, mature, sweet kid out there. we sure lucked out with you!!

and this is so you can see my cute party favors (and of course cute kid that got bit by a mosquito and swelled right up)

and then 2 weeks later was skylee's birthday... and i failed :( july was SOOO crazy and i had such a fun party planned for skylee but it didn't happen.

we had a laid back sunday DQ cake kinda day. and she was just fine with it. so i'm ok with that. her 4th will be GREAT!! lol

we headed to grandma & grandpa's and had a nice sunday dinner, opened presents, then went to the church parking lot behind their house and rode all the new toys that the kids got.
