Familia Perez: 2.

pyper's actual birthday was on a blah day for us and i didn't want to just sit at home so i asked around and found out that they have a toddler time at the YMCA for an hour. it sounded like fun so we went. they have a huge gym full of a bounce house, floor hockey, tunnels & mats, some ride on things, hula hoops ect. of course the bounce house was the main attraction and the girls both loved it... until skylee went thru the tunnel to find the slide and then pyper just lost it. i don't know what her problem was haha... i had to climb in there and drag her through the whole thing and down the slide. from then on i sat in the bouncy part while she played and she was fine with that. i barely saw skylee cause she was going down the slide over and over.

after we played on pretty much everything pyper wanted to try the slide again... so what i did was make her climb it by herself (i followed) and then i stayed at the top of the slide while she went down. then since she knew i was up there she climbed by herself about 2 more times.

there was only about 4 other kids there so it was super nice that it wasn't CRAZY busy!! i'm not sure we will make it every time but i definately want to try and go a couple times a month.

later that night jason dropped by to say hi (cuz he was in town) and since the next day there was no school the kids went for a sleep over.

as requested for pyper's birthday dinner we had homemade macaroni & cheese, strawberries and watermelon. some of pyper's favorite things! after supper we had left over cupcakes and skylee and i sang happy birthday to her
